About The Summit

It’s time to recharge. Recharge our minds, our clubs, and our communities. Find new inspiration to create hope. Find new energy to serve; and reach new partners to maximize our impact. Why Attend the Summit?

A Welcome from RI Director, Jeremy Hurst

Every year, we gather at our Zone Summit to refine our knowledge, reinvigorate our friendships, and become better prepared to lead our fellow Rotarians and Rotaractors. This year, we are going a step farther… with the goal of coming together to RECHARGE!

When you arrive in the Bahamas, time naturally slows down. The waves of the ocean are calming. The sway of the palm trees encourages your mind to drift. The opportunity to connect with others prioritizes your well-being.

We know that when we care for ourselves, we are better servants in our clubs and our communities. Our renewed energy maximizes our impact, and our passion becomes contagious.

This year’s Action Summit will provide the time to enjoy the island way of life AND provide intentional and collaborative opportunities to grow as leaders. With useful workshops, speakers who inspire and create hope, and hundreds of your Rotary friends,. I know everyone will enjoy this Summit and take the opportunity to “Rotary Recharge!”

It's a #RotaryRecharge

Hundreds of ZONE 33/34 leaders coming together in paradise to RECHARGE, ACT and CREATE lasting change!

This year’s Action Summit promises to combine the importance of RECHARGING with the drive to ACT and CREATE HOPE in the world. Join us for phenomenal keynotes, interactive workshops, connection events, and some well-deserved downtime.

Specialized tracks are offered for those in the DG line, those joining us as Emerging Leaders, and for Past District Governors.

About Paradise Island

Experience an island metropolis where the ease of the tropics meets the big city. Here, beautiful beaches are just the beginning. Venture beyond them and discover an island humming with history, art, nightlife, and culture.

No trip to the Bahamas is complete without a visit to Paradise Island. Technically part of the country’s capital, Nassau, Paradise Island is a lush resort island around 1.1 square miles in size. However, despite being geographically tiny, there’s no shortage of things to do in Paradise Island.

From basking in the sun on world-famous beaches to touring a luxury yacht harbor, Paradise Island is full of swanky sites that are fun to explore no matter what type of traveler you are. Even if you’re just in Nassau for a few days, you can still find time to pop over to Paradise Island and maybe visit some of the other islands in the country. After all, as an archipelago, the Bahamas has 700 islands — all of which are beautiful!

The Countdown is On!
